Personal Approach to Counselling and Psychotherapy
My training is in person-centred therapy but I draw on my experience and knowledge of other types of therapy as is appropriate to the client with whom I'm working. In addition to offering one-to-one therapy in my office at home, I am also happy to work with you remotely, using Zoom, WhatsApp or phone.
